Delivery and payment conditions

1. Delivery Time

if all items are on stock, your order will be sent out in a few days.

2. Delivery Conditions

The dispatch takes place via regular mail. Potential compensation claims because of not holding the delivery time are barred from the first.
A contract cancellation because of not holding the delivery time is only possible if the customer has given a written extension of time of 3 weeks to the seller. In case of an act of nature beyond control like delivery problems of pre-deliverers, business disruptions, events of war the seller refers the right to himself to extend the time of delivery adequately. The delivered products can vary slightly from the samples in colour and design.

3. Payment Conditions / You can pay by

- C.O.D (within germany)
- Creditcard

5. Reclamations

It is the customer?s responsibility to check the goods immediately afterthey have been delivered. Reclamations can only be made within the first week after receiving the goods. Sending back any rejected goods has to be approved by the vendor. Goods being sent back without the vendor?s approval will not be accepted.
In case of a legitimate reclamation the vendor is entitled to either improve or replace the product within an appropriate amount of time. The customer is not entitled to withhold or call in the amount invoiced. This applies in particular in case that the reclamation is made after the time limit of one week.

Extremely important : Please make sure to contact us either via telephone or via email before sending back any goods (this also applies in case that you?re not satisfied with the product). We will only accept deliveries with postage paid!

6. Further points of interest

Any kind of duplications of our copyright motives will be prosecuted.

7. Authorisation

Contractual relationships are subjects of conditions of the law of Germany.
Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction are both Essen.

8. For dealers only

The first order of a new wholesale customer must be a minimum of 20 articles.

The sellers are not allowed to resell our products by any ebayshops or internet auctions. Passing on the products to another place of sale needs the prior acceptance of the seller.

With the appearance of this conditions of delivery and payment all others become invalid. The following conditions of delivery and payment are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other services, including all advisory services.

Different agreements or completions need to be written down and signed by us to be valid, especially those made verbally or by telephone.
